Jotform Alternative: Forms + QR Check-In + WhatsApp Reminders

Jotform is one of the most popular form builders on the market — and for good reason. But it stops at the form. Busky gives you the same AI form building, plus QR check-in and WhatsApp reminders so you know who actually shows up.

Jotform vs Busky

Both tools build forms. The difference is what happens after someone submits.

• Form building — Both: full drag-and-drop builder with AI generation.
• QR check-in — Jotform: no. Busky: yes — scan guests at the door to know who showed up.
• WhatsApp reminders — Jotform: no. Busky: yes — send automatic reminders so people actually show up.
• No-show tracking — Jotform: no. Busky: yes — see exactly who registered but never arrived.

The missing piece: attendance

For event organizers, the hardest part isn't collecting registrations — it's knowing who actually shows up. Jotform collects the form. Busky closes the loop: register, remind, check in, and see who no-showed.

Why choose Busky

If you only need a form, Jotform works. If you run events, classes, or workshops and need to know who actually shows up, Busky is the Jotform alternative that does the whole job.
